Hi Ken - hard to say, ASYC is essentially an *arms merchant* like NT, people will be interested in its products if they are proven to be superior [in terms of functionalities and price/performance] to others irrespective of the potential buyers status. BCE has competitors, obviously, but a lot of times they are also [strange] bedfellows too!

My guess is that ASYC as a standalone entity does not have the clout to dominate the fragmented market, but with NT's muscle, its products will be more noticeable. By that I mean NT can certainly utilized them in the internal architectures, but more important, the marketing, one stop shopping and product synergy can take ASYC's products from good to superlative

Just my quick take though
