That's an answer only in the most literal interpretation of the word. I'm not at all sure that this is what major W-CDMA manufacturers and operators want to hear. Usually component suppliers refrain from attacking the chosen standard of their future customers publicly.

I think the W-CDMA chipset market is being sewn up right now.
