Telling people to average down is wise, but remember there are many styles of investing and not all people share your idea of long term buy and hold.

A good strategy if you believe the stock will trade sideways for at least a month is to take a tax loss now and buy back when the market has made it's direction more clear.

Also, the market doesn't really care about specifics. In fact, you could almost argue there is no real tangible basis for a stocks price in most cases. It's all based on sentiment, so a good call on sentiment is as valuable as playing fundamentals.

Still, I am holding. I can't be bothered trading JMAR, as I do many other stocks. It's not a big position for me, and in fact it's a holding in my 5 year old's account. I think she can afford to take the long term buy and hold.

Regards,

Mark
