Didn't Intel just received a huge welfare payment from Uncle Sam in Q1?

Windsock! God Bless you man! Where've you been?

Can you explain what it means when an analyst uses the term "avoid" in describing a stock?

cnetinvestor.com.
Princeton, New Jersey, April 19 (Bloomberg Data) -- Intel Corp. (INTC US) was downgraded to 'avoid' from 'hold' by analyst A. A. Lafountain III at Needham & Co. The price target is $60 per share.

Thanks,

Dan
