Bob,

When you say that Blodget admitted to misleading people in the Washington Post article, are you referring to this excerpt or to something else?:

"Two months earlier Blodget had put a 12-month price target of $150 on it. The stock quickly breezed by that to close on Dec. 15 at $242. So he set an "outlandish" new target--$400. "I was trying to say, 'Stop asking me the price target. There's plenty of upside,' " he says. "But it was like I threw gasoline on a bonfire."

If this excerpt, do you think there was scienter (desire to deceive) or was it inadvertent?

Sam
