M-Wave on track to post 2000 revs of $15-25 mln

BENSENVILLE, Ill., April 19 (Reuters) - M-Wave (NasdaqSC:MWAV - news), a
provider of high-performance printed circuit boards used in wireless communications, said
Wednesday that it expects to post 2000 revenues of $15 million to $25 million.

``We remain excited about our future in 2000 and are on track to exceed 1999 revenues by
up to 100 percent with sales ranging from $15 million to $25 million,' Joseph Turek,
chairman and chief executive, said in a statement.

The company said it plans to release first quarter results on Tuesday, April 25 at 1400 CDT. M-Wave posted 1999 revenues of
$11.31 million.

Shares of M-Wave were off 5/16 at 5-5/16.
