I see arguments on whether or not the principle applies, or whether the person is guilty or innocent. For example: hypocrisy; who would argue that this is not a "bad" behavior? It you have to be taught that it is bad, then I take back everything I've ever said about our education system because this would mean we are doing a perfect job.
