Even if EMBT opens weak - which it might not in tomorrow's big rally <g> - it'll get stronger. It's already profitable, with high gross margins, and a great customer list. The sector is among the roadkill, but not for long, IMO.

These kind of market conditions have been an opportunity for Wit-ites in the past. I got ARTG in the doldrums last August, and it went underwater before becoming a ten-bagger. It's recovering nicely from the carnage.

I wonder why they're doing the pre-effectives . . .could be to re-guage demand before pricing?

Regards,
Jon

DiB, any company that wants a IPO done in this market needs to be closely watched. Most good ones will postpone once they feel that the price is too low. ALTA had the biggest chance of IPO in any market, and as a sign of quality it withdrew.

I am not saying that EMBT is a bad company or good company. it is good they have some profits. But Do u really want it with 60 day restirction. If u want IPOs and missed then u can get them now at 20-50% discount from IPO price. Even today after the rally : I will only get it in a flipped account if they offer me and flip.

WITS, LNTY, LNTE, OGNC, CHRD, IPRT, GOAM, MTHR, IISX, INSN, CALD, OPHM, INFT, FIRE .... the list can go on
