Juan Miquel had already lost his property, Elian, to the repulsive Cuban government. Juan does not own Elian and he never did.

This should be settled as a property dispute between the heroic, Miami Cuban Exile extended family, and the Cuban Government, who owns all children.

Why not arrange a trade, Elian for Fido Castro. We could try Castro as a child molester and a murderer right here in Miami. And, you could be sure that he would get a very fair trial, right before we hung him! <g>
