MSN has a very robust screen called Finder. Not sure if cash flow is one of their variables however.

I haven't shorted in months, but shorted several today. Closed two for positive gains and have a HIFN short open (earnings disappointment).

try this for a very nice stock screening tool. It's on Microsoft's MSN. You'll be asked to download a small utility program. The next best screening tool is at the CNBC web site.
