James, William, We could make this thread a much better place if we could agree to avoid ad hominem attacks in our discussions. What do you say? This business is always a bit stressful and it is easy for misunderstandings to spread. Can we all just try to be a bit more polite? Sam, Well put. It is better to end this and move on then to place blame. I don't see why James could just not reply to William's posts anymore and I believe you would not see William replying to James.
