Tom, Reuters owns 61% of TIBX so they own 113 million of
the shares. Also the the IPO was 7-14-99 so the
lockup period ended in mid Jan. So insiders had plenty of chance to sell at over twice current levels. And they did
sell a fair bit. over a million shares.

so insiders other than Reuters own 26 or 27% of the company.
