Don't you hate it when you put in a bid on a thinly traded option, between the bid and the ask, and they not only don't fill it, but they move the b/a up and away from you? With no trades? Screw'em I am not paying more than my bid.

LOL they just moved it up again, with no trades, and with the stock not doing anything. Here is an idea, I can keep moving up my bid, just under theirs, and when they won't move it up any more, I can short the call.

I'm talking to myself to much. Better stop before I start answering myself.

That's really cool! I got out of GMST a while ago. I just did not like the way it was trading, though the company looks intriguing. I'm hoping to hop in again when it gathers some momentum in the right direction.

RM, Jill and Poet:

RE: GMST. It better be, or my options are cooked <g>.

Good job Jill getting out 1 month ago. If I had, I would have locked in a 200% gain on my Aug 75s and 95s, rather then currently facing a 80% loss. I really wanted to exercise them.

Do you have any suggestions? I was thinking of taking the loss and just buying the common at these levels (a good step in getting me off the options needle). Or I could lose 2/3 of the contracts, but roll out to November and down to a strike of 60 or 65 and hope to exercise at that point. My current GMST position is made up of these calls (33%) and common (67%).
