Read the Appeal panel's decision. They slapped the Clinton-Reno-Castro axis down sharply when they tried to subvert the rule of law yet again.

The Court appears to have recognized Elian's right to apply for asylum and the fact that Elian requested asylum. Now we know why the Clinton-Reno-Castro axis wanted to spirit the boy out of the country before a court could rule.

Of course, you would never have expected such action from the Media's incredibly unbalanced reporting.

The Court slapped the Clinton-Reno-Castro axis yet again:

COURT DENIES RENO ORDER TRANSFERRING BOY TO FATHER...

Gee, pretty soon the looney Left will be decrying the rule of law again.
