it is neutral at 1.0, anything over, say 1.3 would show seller's in the market. anything under 1.0, say .64 would show buyers in the market. it just indicates what the sentiment of the market is not necessarily what you should do, unless of course you're a lemming <g>. just a helpful indicator in gauging market movement when you are trying to time a buy or sell that you've already decided on for fundamental or otherwise reasons. congrats on your first options move. wish you all the luck, she
