Jim and Thread, In the typical Lexar Media style... ...the earnings release for SanDisk and the Microsoft Pocket PC launch is pre-empted by a Lexar Media-Sony MOU announcement for $2 million dollars. (Hell, they even steal "MOU" from SanDisk!) What can you get now-a-days for $2 million? Sony spends at least that much for kappa maki in the executive dining room in a week. dpreview.com I am very surprised about this tactic. This coupled with the renewed legal effort makes me believe that they are either backed heavily by Sony or they are bluffing altogether. Sony and Lexar Media are strange bedfellows. I don't read very much into the announcement. If we have any linquists on this Thread would someone be able to translate "willful infringement" and "treble damages" into Japanese? Ausdauer
