BBAN Management Comments On Trading Activity
CISCO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 2000--BroadBand Wireless International Corporation's management has released a statement following today's market close that ``it knows of no reason which would justify the share price decline reflected by today's closing price,' according to Ivan W. Webb, BBAN's President.

BBAN's scope of corporate activities, which includes retail stores for wireless devices and internet related services in Texas and Oklahoma, a domestic division, and extensive international telecommunications sectors, is presently being expanded.

The domestic division and its personnel are currently being realigned in order to accommodate and more appropriately reflect its focus.

In spite of today's high trading volume, with accompanying lower prices, management continues to believe that the company has sound underlying fundamentals.

``The same solid reasonable prognosis for company expansion and revenue growth which characterized BBAN last week and last month is still our expectation,' said Webb.

Tommy K. Hill, President of BBAN's International Division, will be appearing on WEVD Radio, in New York, on Saturday, April 22, 2000, between 5 & 6 pm, EST.

This document includes forward-looking statements, made under the Safe Harbors Provision of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Hope this makes your morning (and causes BBAN to gap up),
