w2000 is for large corporations while the w98 replacement is for the masses. Did you not buy w3.1, w95, w98 when they first came out. I did and I will be one of the first to buy Millenium. People I know like their computers and look forward to every new windows release, although I must admit I'm getting tired of sending MSFT $90 every 2-3 yrs. The main point is the releases mentioned above drove the stock price and Millenium should do the same. I don't see Millenium driving the stock down. JH
