Mike, I like downhill skiing. I also have a roadbike(as opposed to a mountain bike) that I try to get out on as much as possible. Last year I went Cat Skiing in the Selkirk Mountains in British Columbia for a week. A breathtaking experience. When we sit at our screens like we do, physical exercise becomes that much more important.
I should do some weight training though. I am like a little stick man;) Why do you ask?
