Maurice: Do I understand from that den of lions where there is some discussion of Qualcomm - the 500 thread - that you have built your own 3rd gen handset?

Mika has mentioned that the Japanese have small WCDMA handsets but implied that he was impressed with their size, since if I understood correctly, the "European" test WCDMA terminals are not exactly the size to be held easily in any human hand but the "European" terminals are at this point in time carted around in vans to permit the widespread WCDMA "tests" we are hearing so much about.

Does your handset require a van? Or is it backward compatible to CDMAOne?

Curious.
