Sorry this is not really a response on your comment.

Much has been made of the recent court ruling and it's apparent victory for Aber. After some thought I'm not so sure that it was much of a victory.

It seems to me that firstly the Judge said to both parties
" Stop playing at Silly Bu**ers!".

And then told Aber that the only thing that is going to preserve their percentage interest in the JV is....
1) Clearly and irrevocably declaring their intentions to participate in budgeted activities, in accordance with the JV Agreement.
and 2) Promptly putting up their allotted share of the cash on each and every occasion in accordance with the deadlines prescribed by the JV Agreement.

Since this appears to me to mean Aber has to cough up close to $20 Million in the next week or two, or risk absolute dilution, with no more second chances it seems as if the Aber market is truly representing the degree of Corporate elation in that little nest.
