I'm guessing somebody got reamed, but it might very well be tape-painting as well. (117 makes it look like it's well on its way down again.) Looks like the bid/ask was 108 x 137 at the time -- they usually post ridiculous spreads after the close, nothing out of the ordinary there -- but it's a single trade of 200 shares.

Something's about to give there, though. Trading in the 122-125 range for all but an hour, for two days? That's getting a little iffy even for option expiration.
