Wow, it's that easy to make kimchee? It took my mom years before her custom-made kimchee tasted as good as the store-brand kimchee. ;-) (Or maybe she just gave up, bought some kimchee from the store, and called it her own ...)

As for kim-shee, that's usually how you call someone named Mr. Kim, if the two of you are peers ...
