Dave,

Re: I would have to be out of my mind to spend extra $3,000 to get RDRAM instead of SDRAM.

Statements like that just diminish your credibility. At the end of this message are configurations for two equivalently configured Dell systems -- the B Series and the T Series:

If you read carefully, I said I had 384 MB of SDRAM. If I wanted equal amount of RDRAM, I would have to pay $3,000

Her is 1 place where I can buy RDRAM:

mushkin.com

Product Price
128 MB SAMSUNG RAMBUS 800mhz ECC + FREE Stuff* $ 1,099 (Buy Now)
128 MB SAMSUNG 800mhz RAMBUS + Free PC100 64mb $ 999 (Buy Now)
64MB SAMSUNG RAMBUS $ 489 (Buy Now

Do you know any other place that sells RDRAM cheaper?

Joe

PS: I build my own computers. I am not interested in Dell.
