I don't know what the shop-bot sites are, but even your own Daniel Schuh posted that he found 128M RIMMs at $560 each. I would guess that the 256M RIMMs probably cost $800-$900 (a completely random guess). That would make your $3000 more like $1400, or half your estimate. pricewatch shows 256 m RIMMs at $1109 minimum. Keep generating, though, you're really good at it.
