When I saw that 5 mln. block around 12:30 at 1 7/8 and TRAC did not dip I thought if I was still short I would bail right then. That last PR is the icing on the cake. OT picked up some SGNT Today, if no accounting changes due to MSTR They would have reported .10 if another 3mln. contract closed end of March instead of first week of April.

I did alot of searching and research tonight. It appears that you are 100% correct.

The buyer bought the shares from the seller.
