government to ask is 'is this the right way to prepare Europe
for the most important industry of the 21st Century?'

into developing applications in the market for UMTS?"

Since he seems unable to figure it out for himself, this is the best way to prepare Europe for the 21st century. The British just need to reduce taxation by the same amount. Then everyone is happy and fair and square and all can compete and have a lot of fun together without feeling jealous about other people winning a beauty contest with bribes or whatever corrupt method they use to hand vast profits to a lucky winner, unjustifiably.

People who are no longer paying that much in tax will instead be able to spend it on developing applications for UMTS if that's what they want to do.

It's all so simple!
