I Don't Know What You Are Referring To Here but....

I am interested in the case purely from an International Law perspective and the repercussions of a favourable ruling on behalf of the relatives/plaintiffs.

Do you know if the court is addressing this from a general perspective or just in regard to the Cuba-America policy?
