Yeah, but on the IPO the company only receives the pricing money, which would be 18-22 dollars per share from the underwriters. When they do secondary/follow-up, then that's another story. Then you want the price to be as high as possible.

BTW, fwiw I think they actually need IPO money now for development, so they would probably go in May no matter what.
