This weekend was rough, but it really got me off my arse and studying valuations. It was a great article, very philosophical about learning from mistakes, and recommended a couple of "essential" investing books. I particularly enjoyed it because I used both his examples BMY and CSCO to brush up on my PE and PEG, and S/P calculations. Then I ran them on a lot of other stocks, and asked questions of some of the real smarties at RMBS thread and some others.

I just think it is ironic that the author felt that BMY with their modest PE was justifiable, and less risky than CSCO and that CSCO still may still be over valued. Open mouth insert foot. Glad I'm not a financial journalist.

Um so do you remember posting about charging Zamfir's greatest hits CD at the As Seen On TeeVee site? Or the flying flourescent frogs that invaded you place this weekend? Or is that a blur, too?
