rocket, I agree with your statements, I use NDB and TRAC. TRAC is way superior and NDB gets Barron's 5-star rating. I do believe MOST of users' freezes are on the users end (or their ISP). I get less freezes early in the A.M. using a 56k modem than I do using my DSL connection via COVAD. I'm going to be speaking with my ISP about this to try to see where the log jam is. I visited TRAC last week. Their capacity is 3X PEAK demand. Using the /link command in CHAT you can see how many messages from TRAC don't make it. If you've got many, the problem is NOT on TRAC's end. As with you rocket, I believe that the current price of TRAC is unreal!! Honestly, I hope BARRY hangs onto TRAC because he'll make sure the service is properly supported from the technical side. I'm not at all sure that another company will do the same. Nevertheless, it does appear that a sale may be on the horizon ... who can say. Volume is pretty well dried up as of 2 p.m. yesterday. later, leroyt
