>>>>>What is CNBC and what is "Squak Box" anyway?<<<<<
CNBC is a cable channel in the USA dedicated to Financial programming and news. It monitors and reports on the Stock Markets live and conducts interviews with Market Analysts and Company Represetatives throughout the day.

What it all boils down to, is that you get some talking head on CNBC and then literally 2 minutes later the stock they were talking about reacts- usually Bullish since 90% of their content is geared towards pumping Up stocks.

Basically, CNBC succeeds in getting a whole herd of Newbie Morons to buy lots of stock in companies about which they know little or nothing about.

Aus,

Thanks for your excellent analysis of Sandisk CC and the recent quarterly report.

CNBC Squawk Box is the most watched financial TV forum. The appearance of CEOs on this program usually gives a boost to their stock. Obviously sandisk needs recognition in the financial community!
I believe Eli appeared last year and if you recall sandisk shares jumped considerably.

Let's hope for the best.

Cheers,

Derek
