I just did a brief search of CTXS site. There was no way to send an email about the AR issue. but I did find this:
For questions or comments please call Citrix Investor Relations Hotline at 1-888-595-CTXS.
Anyone want to volunteer to do this, ask about the AR issues?
I may do so later tomorrow, if events do not provide the answers.

Don't think you need to be worried about accounts receivable. The company ramped up sales in March to make up for bad January and February. As a result, most of these sales would still be receivables.

Some speculation over at Raging Bull that first week of April sales were back-dated to the end of March to make the number.
