Mike do not jump, just take the proper precautions and write your senator and congress rep, that you are fed up how they manipulate the market and the SEC should enforced the existing laws. At the time Giuliani has done that Drexel Burnham,Hutton and other went under stability returned to the market. There was no reason for stocks to have such drastic V moves of 25% or more in a matter of 2 to 3 trading days. The in the know robbed the public, in full day light and for all to see. Haim
