Let's get real guys.

We may disagree with the way Bob handled the problem. That doesn't make Bob a Nazi.
But let's not raise our disagreement with Bob to the level of the civil rights movement of the 60s.
Maybe we are taking ourselves too seriously.

What a lotta folks don't know is what really happened yesterday. But it's resolved now, and resolved well. Bob at SI and Jenna were both "right". Both worked to solve the problem. (Lee)
