Today will be a light volume day. Don't expect a lot of price movement. Markets closed tomorrow.

Dear gruetz: Your question was addressed to Robert Sheldon, which is a good person to attempt to answer it. As to myself, I dont have an answer. I remain suspicious of the language in the IPO, especially talk of a SWAP of stock. Until it becomes more clear to me as to what this company is up to I dont intend to add to my position. I am not speaking of the buildout of the system but the stratagy moves regarding ownership. JDN

Having a near-sighted approach to the stock's current woes could force you into a regrettable decision. There are times that good companies become misunderstood, and this is a good example of that. However, this is a very temporary matter, and should rather be viewed as an awesome buying opportunity. Invest for the long term in this stock, and you'll be happy you did. Watching minute by minute for the $10 pop, glued to the computer screen, isn't going to make you happy.

JMHO,

LoF

It is important to rally the price from these lows prior to engaging in any serious discussions to sell the company. I would imagine that the buyout is based on a premium (in percentage terms) above the price of the stock. 50% at $50 is much more than 50% premium at $30.

We knew that GCTR was coming. I think that the timing is relevant to the current depressed stock price.
