Well while I'm on hold I thought I'd make a post to do some advertising. No wonder their stock has been tanking. I spent 20 minutes on hold when I dialed in and then someone other than a broker answered. I entered the proper codes for a broker but when their system is busy this happens. then they put me back in the que and I have been waiting for 50 minutes. YES - that's 50 minutes so far. All toll - more than an hour. I am trying to find out the status of a trade request. They won't give me a confirmation about a trade request. It didn't fill - so I tried to cancel it and change the price - but that was more than an hour ago. ETrade still sucks. I have 4 accounts with them and really don't want to change - but I guess that is the only way to end this frustration. The frustration I might be able to handle - but it costs a lot of $ also and that i don't need. Anyone that has changed that would recommend another brokerage?
