Mika relax, I never suggested you were not reputable. Go read my post again. I can see how you could draw that inference if you had stated that you had seen the phone actually working on a W-CDMA network, which you had not.

Look forward to seeing evidence that the phone works in the real world. So, the W-CDMA proponents are advertising 2Mbps but starting with 384Kbps? I wonder if the slower speed allows more subscribers or if it "wastes" the spectrum. My guess is the latter.
