What really gets me on this is investors find out"after the fact" no asking or hint's of it until it's filed
I consider that very disingenuous by management.

Are you talking about the tracking stock??

If so, where have you been? Anybody who has followed this stock at all knew this was coming. Management explicitly told us many times that this was coming.

James, it's probably good that you are out of GBLX given the fact that you apparently missed the exhaustive discussion on this thread specifically concerning the GCTR spinoff. You should sell your bull spread, and move on to stocks you're interested in following.
