Haim, cool post. Another important point to add is this bubble essential allows the insiders of historically overvalued companies and Wall St to rape and pillage the retirement savings of America. I don't buy into the argument that they need to diversify because the magnitude of the sales goes well beyond that. The public has been repeatedly told that growth stocks are the place to be yet the founders of these companies don't seem to agree. Yes, i know that there holdings of their own stock are still massive but that is part of the game to make it look good. they have to show devastating losses on paper to make it look good to obscure the fact that they have sold billions to the public. these sacrificial shares will help take the heat off them when the Ponzi scheme collapses.
