I've been sending out some, I guess landscaping pictures, to friends, and SUDDENLY, like SUDDENLY, the "A drive" in my RUNTCO Computer has decided the work was too hard, and has pulled over to pour in some beer, and a few in the radiator. Ceasing my broadcasts. And making me angry. Angry. Frustrated, mostly; but angry too. And pictureless; which isn't very nice at all.

Strangely enough, the word Tippecanoe comes from a Shawnee Indian word, Kith-tip-pe-ca-nauk or Ke-tap-e-kon-nong, meaning "Buffalo Fish" (probably a carplike fish or giant minnow. That ultimate "nauk" or "nong" does sound like a paddle hitting an empty skull. Those are really ugly waters. The river near my farm is the Embarass (om-b'ra) meaning in French a snag or tangle of trees that will really tip your canoe if you let it when you are paddling down stream in a spring freshet.
