Wow do I have a story! Re:Datek Online trading firm. I have caught them outright lying to me and mishandling my account, all on the record, refusing to tell me names of employee's, names of senior personnel, breach of fiduciary duty per 15USC1692, telling me employee's are not at the number I call when they in fact are, liquidating positions illegally, freezing my account and putting in their system that I requested the freeze when in fact I did not. Etc Etc. Trying to get in touch with Rebecca Buckman at The Wall Street Journal. This same thing was done to me by E-trade 5 years ago, can you believe it's happening once again? If there is anyone out their in the media that wants this story get in touch with me, this is still being handled as I speak, not resolved yet. Bruce Sherwoodgroup@bigfoot.com
