Back in November Klein said he wasn't looking for a fine. My bet is no breakup, some handcuffs that won't bother MSFT too much. Forced spin-off of the browser division? Sure, why not? As for the private suits, what they seek and what they get are two different things, but you're correct that it could be as big as you say. That's the nub of it, the range of possible outcomes goes from zilch to chapter 11, and that's why I think the stock's under pressure now.
