    TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2000--OTS Holdings
Inc., (OTCBB:OTSD) Thursday announced that it had acquired 100% of the
common shares of Thin Film Battery Inc.
    The company's Board of Directors has changed and it is currently
in the process of changing its corporate name, CUSIP number, and OTC
Ticker symbol.
    OTS Holdings Inc. will begin trading under the new stock ticker
symbol (OTCBB:TFBI) after the close of business on April 21, 2000.
    Dr. John Bates, PhD. has been appointed the company's new
president and Robert Pasquaye has been appointed to the position of
Secretary/Treasurer.
