At least living on the coast I have the nice ocean breeze and the mix of fog and glaring sun! You go about a mile inland at the most from my place and the temp changes dramatically. The air also thins out. A couple days ago I spotted dolphins in the surf. I have a telescope on a tripod setup in the living room in one corner and in the other I have my Canon SLR on a tripod with telephoto lens (400mm) ready at all times to capture maybe a surfer or two, a good looking guy in a speedo, or a great sunset. As much as life is crowded here I wouldnt trade this locale for anywhere. Jane
