As with every coin there are two sides.
QGLY btw is significantly undervalued, much haveing to do with Mr. Guy Q who runs it like a private company (he's got 51%). I played it once Dec/Jan for the new year bounce for 30% and am tempted to buy a bit on the belief that even GUY has a incentive to act in his own interests (as shareholder). Problem with QGLY and GUMM is the illiquidity of the stock.....I've got a couple other small caps of much greater quality for 1/2-2/3 book and their outlook isn't as foggy as QGLY.
Once the story peters out with these types in a negative market condition the problem becomes finding buyers.....small caps are best bought dirt cheap.
Patent suits are the most expensive, complicated and difficult to predict form of litigation know to man. IMO the outcome is totaly unpredictable, but none the less expensive.
