TSIX just started trading. Here's the blurb:

360networks wants to circle the globe. To cash in on bandwidth demand, the company (formerly known as Worldwide Fiber) is building a fiber-optic network spanning some 37,800 route miles to serve telecom carriers, ISPs, and business users. The planned network includes 24,100 route miles in North America; 6,100 route miles in Europe; and 7,600 transatlantic route miles. 360networks has agreed to buy GlobeNet, which operates a network linking the US and Bermuda. Canadian construction company Ledcor formed 360networks in 1988 and spun off an interest in 1998. Ledcor retains a 90% voting interest; CEO Greg Maffei (a former Microsoft CFO) owns 8%. Rupert Murdoch and Michael Dell have joined the firm's advisory committee.

This was supposed to be a pretty hot offering but it looks like they picked a bad day/month to put it out. Opinions?
