i wasn't very clear... what I should have said was you can use Qw to export the CG report to excel, which you can manipulate into a Sch D attachment. qw handles all the other things you mention like splits, lot matching, etc... except wash-sales--which i avoid like the plague... exporting to TT also is murder on short sales, but if you export to excel, short sales are handled ok i don't know of an easier common format for online brokers to download than to quicken... except .csv, but that's not easy because you have to do all the lot, trade matching, etc. yourself. let us know what you find. tx
