OPAY Yahoo shows the same 2.1MM float.

I think some went a little overboard about CFO quitting.

"`Our first quarter results demonstrate our continued business momentum. We saw significant increases in revenue, and further grew our client base by signing up
states and municipalities, such as Minnesota and Spokane County, as well as offering additional services to existing clients, such as New Jersey,' said Thomas R.
Evans, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Official Payments.

``We also can report early top-line results of the tax year 1999 IRS program,' continued Mr. Evans. ``On the transaction front, we processed over 160,000
transactions, compared to 44,000 transactions in the prior year. The value of payments processed was over $500 million, representing over $13.7 million in revenue
to our company,' Mr. Evans said.
