For timely, 14 is the %K figure, and %D is figured by default as the average of the last 3 %K numbers, which is the most common way of calculating %D. Thus the two lines you see: %K at 14-period, and the average of the last 3 %K's (i.e. %D).

I can't help you specifically with something like AR's 15-5-5, but my guess is that 15 is a straight %K figure, and 5 refers to the averaging of %K to get %D. But why the second 5? I don't know...
